How do I book an appointment?
Booking online is the easiest, quickest way to secure an appointment. You can call, text, or email me, but due to giving each client my full attention during appointments, I may not be able to respond for several hours or until the following day.
What is your cancellation policy?
Skin Therapy by Betty has a 24 hour cancellation policy. In the event of a late cancellation/no show
the fee is $25. An invoice will be sent via square. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
What is your return policy?
Refunds of unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be made within 7 days of purchase, exchanges within 14 days of purchase.
Payment Terms:
Payment for services and products are due at the time of visit, and no-show or late cancellation fees must be paid in full prior to being able to book another appointment.
Accepted forms of payment: cash, check, and all major credit cards.
Service Terms:
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion and dismiss disruptive or abusive clients when necessary.  Service menu prices & offerings may change without notice.
Where are you located?
2nd Floor of the Knutzen Building, Suite 202. Just up the stairs on your Left.
There’s parking available on E Fairhaven Ave or there’s a public parking lot on the NE Corner of E Fairhaven Ave and N Spruce Street (the old Canton Restaurant, parking lot).
Do I need to check in when I arrive?
• Please come in and have a seat in my waiting/reception room. Help yourself to a glass of water or tea.
Please don’t go directly into the treatment room, I’d like to have a brief consultation before every treatment.
• If the door is closed and the door handle sign says “Do Not Disturb” I’m still with a client and I’ll be with you shortly. There are several chairs available in the hallway just outside the room.
